Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Check-In & Check-out Time: 1200hrs

  • No cancellation charges 10 days prior to visit

  • 50% cancellation charges (of invoice amount), 7 days prior to visit

  • 100% cancellation charges (of invoice amount) 5 days prior to visit

  • Bookings made in less than 5 days are deemed to be last-minute bookings and their cancellations will be charged as per policy at 100%.

  • For airline travelers if the booking is canceled, guests will be given choice to transfer their booking to the next available dates within the next month or till October 5th, if the customer doesn’t want to visit again, they will get a 75% refund (Proof of flight is required)

  • Early check-In or Late Check-out is subjected to bed/room availability on a relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the front office staff

  • Glamp not occupied by 2200 hours will be seen as No Show unless prior arrangement has been made

  • No show will be charged 100% cancellation charges. This includes both on-site cancellations and off-site 24 hours prior to visit cancellations

Deposit Policy

  • All the funds should be transferred to the designated bank account of “Glamping Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd”

  • Provide proof of fund transfer while booking via email to receive a booking confirmation

  • While depositing cash on-site do receive an authorized invoice from onsite management
