Rules & Policies
Check-In & Check-Out Time
Check-out time is at noon (12:00hrs) & Check-in time is at 01:30 pm.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day. Guests are required to reconfirm with the front office staff.
Cancellation Charges
25% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 9 days before the visit.
50% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 7 days before the visit.
100% cancellation charges of the invoice amount apply if canceled 5 days before the visit.
Bookings made in less than 5 days are deemed to be last-minute bookings and their cancellations will be charged as per policy at 100%.
Airline Travelers
For airline travelers, if the booking is canceled, guests will be given the choice to transfer their booking to the next available date within the next month or till October 5th.
Alternatively, guests can opt for a 75% refund of the invoiced amount. Proof of flight is required for eligibility.
Refund Policy
For bookings requiring a refund, 25% cancellation charges of the invoiced amount will be applied regardless of the number of days before the check-in date.
No-Show Policy
Glamps not occupied by 09:00 PM (2100 hours) will be considered a no-show unless a prior arrangement has been made.
No-shows will be charged 100% cancellation charges, including both on-site cancellations and off-site cancellations made 5 days before the visit.
Change of Booking
Changing a booking from one site to another will incur a charge of 10% of the first invoiced amount.
Medical Illness
In the event of a guest becoming medically ill on-site and requesting to cancel their booking, they will be charged a 100% cancellation fee as per the last-minute cancellation clause.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions, both parties reserve the right to modify or cancel the reservation without penalty.

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen events may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss your options.
Communication
All cancellations and modification requests must be communicated directly through our booking platform or by contacting us directly via phone or email. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
Deposit Policy
The funds should be deposited within 24 hours of the booking order, else management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All the funds should be transferred to the designated bank account of “Glamping Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited”.
Provide proof of fund transfer while booking via email to receive a booking confirmation.
While depositing cash on-site do receive an authorized invoice from onsite management.
